Despite an unseasonably cool March-April, annual bluegrass weevil (ABW) adults are active in the western part of the state. Although not present in large enough numbers to require treatment in higher elevations, any area with high temperatures consistently in the 50s should be scouting for the adults using a quick soap flush.
